Returns Policy Unwanted Goods You are entitled to return any goods for refund within 7 days from their receipt. However, we will not refund the cost of delivery unless we have supplied the goods in error. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect If the reason for return is faulty goods, they will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with the nearest current equivalent of specification product. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us Guidelines When Returning Items To Us Before returning goods to us, you must email returns@ledlightingproducts.co.uk with your name, address, description of the product and reason for return. We will then email you a Return Code (RC). This RC code must be clearly marked on the return address label. Please do not write on the product or its inner packaging.It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us. Returned items must be complete with all original packaging with all accessories however apparently insignificant. It will speed up the returns process if you include a copy of your invoice together with a covering letter detailing the fault (if applicable). We very strongly advise you to use a method that has a record of you sending it and requires that we have to sign for it.
