The RDL250C and RDL500C in-line RF dimmers are for mains voltage Tungsten, Halogen or other leading edge dimmable loads. Low Voltage lamps can be dimmed by using an appropriate transformer.

The dimmers are designed to fit through the aperture of a standard low voltage downlight fitting. The dimmer is connected in-line before the first light fitting in the dimmable chain.

Can be controlled from any Rako RAKOM RF device, for example the RCP07W push button RF wall plate. RDL In-Line Dimmers for Free Standing Fittings

The In-line Dimmer Pack is a single channel dimmer module using state of the art dimming techniques. The unit is designed to be mounted in-line for use with table lights and other free standing fittings.

The compact design makes it easy to retro-fit making scene-set installation as simple as possible. The module is suitable for dimming resistive and inductive light sources such as tungsten, low voltage and cold cathode.

Each Ceiling Dimmer Pack stores, in non-volatile RAM memory, its user definable addresses; with up to 256 house and 256 room addresses the largest of schemes can be accommodated. The dimmer also stores its own channel address (up to 15 per room) and 4 user programmable scene levels. Communication with other Rako devices such as the RCP range of control panels is via coded FM radio, eliminating the need for control wiring.

The RDT-PILL dimmer is a 250w wall box mounting dimmer for Tungsten GLS and mains voltage Halogen GU10 and is designed to be located in a standard UK or European backbox. The neutral-less design allows for retrofit connection in standard wiring situations. This unit acts as a signal repeater for any RAKOM messages within a house effectively boosting the system range. With two external aerials the unit can boost system range to 100m.

On receiving a coded Rako radio signal command from a scene control panel, remote unit or PC or other Rako device, the unit re-transmits the signal.

Ideally located centrally within a large project the unit has two external aerials for receive and transmit.
