AVR Step Lights

The Lu1 Step lights are fitted with the proven Luxeon 1 LED.  The led fitting is available in 6 colours including 2 shades of white; warm 3000K@ 20 lux or cool 5600K@ 45 lux. The fitting has been manufactured from aluminium which fits a cut-out of 25 mm; the flange is 2 mm wide making the overall size of the exterior face 29 mm.

The Lu1 has a protective lens imbedded in to the front housing to protect the led, it has 2 lens options available, clear and frost. The depth of the fitting is 20 mm; the product is fitted with 1.5 metre flying leads and connectors for simple connection in a serial power loop from the electronic drivers.

Upon ordering, please email us with the required colour and your preference between a clear or frosted lens.  The frosted lens is recommended where the intense light of the LED may be a problem, for instance in domestic environments or where the fitting is at eye level.

Accessories you will need:

350mA Driver 

This converts mains voltage to the 350mA constant current required by the step lights.  Although any driver could be used, we recommend the AVR version for AVR step lights. The LUD/09 is capable of driving between 1 and 9 fittings.  The unit is supplied with screw terminals for ease of application.
